As of late we're having issues with formatting the text. When  changing text to a different font or colour it keeps changing back to the default for example. When formatting the text in Word and then pasting it in the webUI it usually works.

I also find it hard when you have a lot of different signatures, to know if you've arranged it correctly, as you can have folders (which have their own criteria for which users to apply to) and then signatures within those - it's therefore possible to assign a signature to a user but not assign that user to that folder, or vice versa, and not have the signatures applying that you think you do.

The M365 integration it is a bit iffy and I think it is a bit of an overkill give full administrative power to the exclaimer tenant in order to setup the connectors, could be better to implement an integration with api and limited user and leave to the customer configure the m365 tenant.

The only cons i have are not being able to change the frequency of the auto sync with Azure/O365 as this only happens once a day and I am regularly having to manually do so every time I make changes in AD for the signatures.

You can even create signatures and set a date of when to stop and start using them meaning we can create seasonal banners.

The signature designer could be modernised. When we moved our website recently, the images in our signatures failed to resolve, so perhaps Exclaimer could host the images for us to make our signatures more robust.

In our case we are private healthcare and can have banners for the imaging department only for example which can display offers for imaging services, and then something else for other departments.

I started using it when it was just me - ensuring signatures get applied uniformly across all devices - it wasn't possible before - different apps have different capabilities - this isn't dependent on any features on apps or devices

The sender query function could do with a results window before applying.

As you become more familiar with the product its very easy to add more signatures and more complicated signatures to really stand out and collect customer feedback if needed.

Niggly bits regarding adding individual users to edit signatures - noting to indicate that the users email address must match exactly the name typed to edit the signature - its case sensitive - but nothing to advise you of this.

Does what it's supposed to do, we deployed signatures for various customers with relative ease.

Analytics re-writes url's in your signature, to track the clicks, which I understand, but I can't enable/disable this myself, and have to open a ticket to manage.

It's not a feature of the software i didn't like but we had issues initially with stopping end users from changing their signature as they needed a different version of Office 365 - Office Enterprise allows for regedit to be applied

The best feature about the software is that we can easily control branding of email signatures across the organisation.

Also Exclaimer has the option to integrate leaving feedback in the signatures, but this lacks customization for us and we decided not to implement this option in the end.

Exclaimer is great as it allows you to create visually beautiful and informative email signatures without having to code.

We have only just started using exclaimer but already our customers are loving the standised look of our signature and several have already placed orders through our partnership platform.
