Pros

It is reasonably priced and is very easy to use. It is very useful for faster typing as the software has excellent voice recognition and perfectly types out what I speak.
I love this software because it is good for all kinds of business from small to big to create a phone number people can call and text you on.
Ve used this for years and absolutely love it. It’s really awesome to have and works really well.

Pros

Support is excellent, integrations is good with Pipedrive. Customer support is very responsive.
Overall a nice experience! like the features, clarity on dashboard(after your customer services helped me understand it better) and of course value for money.
It's one of the best software for call forwarding out there. I love that I can answer call on web dialer and on the app and on the go over the forwarder number.

Cons

You are blind as to who the caller is when receiving calls which can lead to a problem if you are both waiting for and avoiding a call at the same time.
I had a problem for the longest time where the playback on a voicemail would stop whenever the phone was brought to my ear.
If you don’t use the software frequently it will delete your number, so that can be a little annoying if you have long periods of time between needing to use it.

Cons

But Even I cancelled my account, they did not remove my credit cards and charged me. This is against all privacy law (GDPR, PDPA....) We will make a complaint to the authorities.
They are pushy with discounts during 6 days. They refuse to refund after all.
I requested to cancel before the monthly charge and I was still charged. I do not feel confident in their communication because I feel that their team members have no idea what is going on.

Garbage, run by a bunch of hacks; Unprofessional help desk, terrible interface. In this day and user-ability is everything and this has none of it. AVOID. Google Voice is supreme

Pros

I'm not sure there are any. Google voice is better functionality all around, easier to use, easier to manage users.

Cons

They automatically set you up for auto renewal without your knowledge and make it incredibly difficult to find and cancel. Support was useless in helping cancel my account.

CallHippo maybe a great service provider for VOIP services, and there are other service providers that can be considered too.

Pros

It had a user friendly interface that attracted us originally.

Cons

We mostly had voice issues. The voice was too low. Upon internal testing, everything seemed fine.

Great really wonderful and speedy customer service.

Pros

The digital web dialer and customer service. I was stuck on how to make the dialer work and I immediately got help from Owais Mirza!

Cons

That SMS is not advanced enough to be able to leave messages in other countries. Not really the fault of call hippo just the way it is. You can't do it in google voice either.

Easy to set up. Most of the features I needed. Great support and help from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] when I couldn't quite work out how to do something (and didn't bother reading the manual)

Cons

I would like the ability to play a message, without giving the caller the option to leave a voice mail. This seems like a missing feature.

Good after sales customer service - Owaisbaig was able to resolve my issue on incoming calls going straight to voice mail. He was fast to resolve the issue and has good attitude. Again, thank you for the great help!

Incredible rate, quality, customer support, everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that their customers are well taken care of and it is something that is noticible from the very first moment you sign on with a customer service rep. As someone who works in I.T. and handles situations like these on a daily basis I can appreciate just how much work goes into the service they provide...

Pros

Provides all the features that would need and then some. There are lots of services to choose from but no matter which service you choose having reliable customer service is critical to making it all work.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the robot voice for the voicemail technology could probably be upgraded. But they also allow you to upload your own pre-recorded audio file which works perfectly for me so it wasn't really an issue at all.

Horrible to say the least, filled with anguish and disgust. Where to start? How about that the part that their customer is a bait and switch type of operation. Buyer Beware!

Pros

absolutely none! There was nothing about CallHippo that I could say was worth putting here.

Cons

The software under delivers and is lacking in so many points that it is virtually unusable. The quality of voice calls is sub-par and leaves so much to be desired. Half of the marketing material covers features that they are trying to compete with the actual quality software providers.
