Available both as a web app and a mobile-based application, the solution enables sales, marketing, and support teams to make and receive global calls. CallHippo allows businesses to buy virtual phone numbers of more than 50 countries, add users on the same number, and make calls to receivers across the world. CallHippo’s real-time call analytics tool provides details about callers, calling quality, and time duration, while call recording automatically records calls and conversations during a campaign, for managers to listen to from their dashboard. Businesses can get time zones displayed on their dialer before making the call so that there won't be any confusion regarding current time while making international calls, set working hours for number, and also set availability status of users. The voicemail and on hold music feature allows businesses to greet callers with a recorded message or custom music during non-working hours or when put on hold. CallHippo is a scalable solution available on a monthly subscription basis wherein businesses need to pay only for the number of active users and the number of virtual phone numbers.
