Zoom Meetings has one bad problem in its Zoom Application. when we invited someone for a meeting if he opened the Zoom application the application doesn't detect the mic and sound, but if they open it through the browser it works well.

I think another con is that during a meeting there doesn't seem to be a setting that automatically mutes everyone while someone is speaking, it seems that its up to each individual to do so themselves.
