The Patrol Points platform enables administrators to create patrol routes for guards, scan security checkpoints, and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly shifts for staff members. Supervisors can keep track of patrol statuses, receive real-time notifications for missed patrols, and monitor activity gaps or missed checkpoints. Plus, managers can track staff productivity by calculating work hours and generating payroll reports for staff.
Patrol Points comes with a mobile application, which enables users to access daily patrol routes in addition to creating and sharing reports. Team members can configure multiple routes and sequences for shifts, increasing patrolling efficiency. Managers can also view reports on total area patrolled, as well as incident notes and photographs.
