This app makes it possible for me to do a. Study abroad and not have to worry about loosing my phone number and I can still have access to all the apps that require a sms code.

I didn't want to lose a cell number that a user no longer needed, but we didn't want to completely cancel it, so this way we don't pay for the service yet retain the number and any calls/messages going to it.
