It was buggy initially, but they fixed that (web-based vs software based, like Zoom, there's always the chance for the participant to have an outdated browser). But they do a good job and I love how simple and easy it is to have it.

I tried the platform out with a free trial (it only took me a day to realize it didn't meet my company's needs).

Not worth the time or money to mess with (what I've seen from other reviewers) scammy auto-renewal practices.

Early in its days it was buggy and people had issues using it (I've used it for several years).

What really stands out to me about WebinarNinja is its versatility.

This is one of those shady business practices where they don't remind you when your subscription is set to renew and after you ask them nicely to refund your payment, they tell you that you can't get a refund because of their terms.

There was now a bug with automated webinars which meant I would have to come in EVERY DAY to manually change the day of launch so that new times could be shown.

Have never had an issue with downtime or errors thankfully so 100% uptime with good support.

I was told there was a glitch where times/dates weren't showing, and another bug that was looping people back to the sign up page even after registration.

There have been no emails or communication whatsoever in regards to possible bugs that are affecting my webinars - instead, I literally have to go through the entire process on a daily basis to check that everything's running smoothly.

I couldn't just switch it to an automated webinar, so I had to create the whole thing all over again, with guarantees that automation had no issues.

They took the software into planned maintenance mode during our scheduled webinar time without telling us (or without removing the webinars scheduled during that period) and continued emailing registrations that it was on including that "it was on now" even though the platform was riddled with error messages, unable to have a webinar launched on it and caused  hundreds of confused customers.

My least favourite thing is that you cannot test a webinar before you implement and therefore if your plan is to send paid traffic to your webinar you can't actually verify it is working before you start paying for the traffic.

Issues from being able to send notifications to a different user, to not being able to see ANY of your analytics for any currently active webinar to not being able to upload to their site.

So they essentially let us schedule a webinar (which we did months in advance) during a maintenance period and then did absolutely nothing to move it, alert us, change things etc.

We really liked that you could have an incentive easily offered in the end with attachments that can be included.

I like that I can customize all the follow-up emails (directly within Webinar Ninja) after someone signs up for a webinar.

The built in, editable emails are convenient.

During multiple LIVE tests which were private-the camera, microphone or screen crapped out one by one or not at all on different tests.

Webinar Ninja has been adding features throughout my time (2+ years) with them and I appreciate their communication and the fact they help me, help my clients.

As a marketer, I wish that there was also a field in the sign-up form for an attendees mobile number.

With a conversation that took more than a month, with different people, all asking the same questions over and over, without checking what has happened till they took over.

Let's start with the link to the webinar-for many folks it did not work and they received an error message.

My students like the platform for learning - both live webinars and recorded.

I am not tech proficient and I was able to host live webinars with ease and swiftness.

I bought a life-time subscription years ago and every update they do to the software I keep getting that update.

ability to get started right after putting in my details / making a payment. but that's where the pros stopped.

When you do anything new, you do have to learn the lay of the land. But, with WebinarNinja you just ask support if you get stuck or have a question.

Only one had responded all my queries, and informed that there will be email communication (Its been 2 days now, and there has been no communication)

I would like more landing page templates, little bit more integrations.
