I used it for about a year as a reader to see how different text would sound in different voices, it gave me ideas for narration. Now it's paywalled and just to use it, you have to pay $200 a month, although there is a temporary "free" version, which if want to keep using it, still costs $200 a month. Some of us can't afford that. It's kind of cruel to effectively restrict good TTS services to corporations, leaving us using robotic voices that sound like a Speak and Spell. That said, having Microsoft take away such a cool program from us peasants after letting us use it for awhile as a tease is a surprisingly very Microsoft thing to do. I won't be giving [sensitive content hidden] my hard earned money when it'd be cheaper just to hire a real voice actor or actress.

Sublime Text Editor Review

Sublime Text is a great option to those who are adverse to using software from Microsoft.  Otherwise, you're likely better off using Visual Studio Code at this point.

Sublime Text is a powerful text editor with advanced features, but not as good as Visual Studio Code

Overall positive. I would easily pick it up again if VSCode began charging for theirs--I still have a lifetime license for it.

Sublime text is a versatile IDE for most of your development needs

I do a lot of SQL queries and stored procedures. I find a bit difficult to work on Microsoft SQL Server because it doesn't have the same kind of personalization and text shortcuts and functions that you have in Sublime. Instead of working directly in MSSQL, I work in Sublime and then copy, paste and execute in MSSQL. Great stuff.
