Essentials

Operations Manager

Our users throughout the company are very use to the platform and navigate all forms from patient onboarding to HR requests.

It would also be helpful if each user could be made to have permissions at at granular level.

Needs better HIPPA options and controls.

Assistant Manager

Convenient for teams that share documents often and easy to fill out forms.

Chiropractor

Took a little bit more work to get things figured out to run smoothly on the app bs what they would export to a pdf as.

Data Analyst

Easily modify and imagine your designs for app and multiple others usage

Director of Training

Easy and fast functionally to change and update checklists as needed

Completely self managed, but of a learning curve on how to build and manage.

The tech & team (sales) tells you that they can make the way you want, and make the form in time, but they did not.

What I like most regarding the software is how easy project management is.

Manager

Then, I got assigned to a retention specialist who reduced our seats from 15 to 3. But come to find out they didn't so I kept getting billed for 15.

Supervisor

Sometimes slow to get into, but that is not the Canvas system causing this issue.

My overall experience has been nothing short of great.

you have to close basically cancel your credit card.

Canvas at the time was one of the only players but today there are many cheaper, better and user friendly options

This is at the top of my list for unethical and unprofessional business practices i have ever seen.

My productivity has been further increased by the connectivity with other corporate programs, like cloud storage and CRMs.

Overall, GoCanvas has greatly streamlined my work process, saved me time, and made my data management chores much simpler.

They think because they have your data they own you

Gocanvas

From it, it is possible to give life to different creatives that will give movement and visibility to your business.

Gocanvas is an important tool for improving the graphic communication of your business.

They tried to charge us for a full year after we cancelled their service due to terrible service and customer support.

Admin Officer

Education Development in Nigeria It has helped with keeping tracks with the development of tertiary institution

System Admin

That it doesn’t connect directly with OneDrive or Microsoft Teams And that you can not group your forms into categories.

Project Engineer

Office Manager

I personally don't use the software, I just listen to the remarks made by our technicians.

Network Auditor

The custom automatic PDFs make our data completely understandable. And being able to export it to a CSV or JSON format help us build BI reports over other tools would have taken ages if we have used pen and paper, and later pick that up with a computer.

Owner

Could you guys at least save my information so when I can afford the program and business starts up id be able to keep my hard work?

Please avoid this company at all costs, they are highly unethical and untrustworthy.

Although I had a good overall experience with GoCanvas, there were a few things that I found difficult.

Will take your money by any means necessary.

That takes some bravery. After they admitted they lied to get our business, they told me they would switch us to another product they owned that actually does what we were promised.

Merchandiser

Often I do not get the information on each page in the order expected.

The reporting aspect of my job needs to be quick and GoCanvas facilitates that.

IT Network & Security Admin

The software could use more granular controls on adding and removing people or changing roles and reporting to new supervisor/manager.

Owner

I liked how easy it is to create forms and implement them into our website.

Interior Designer/Owner

I love how I can easily send important documents to other providers to have signed or co-workers with pertinent information securely.

QSP/CESSWI

GoCanvas is a user-friendly platform that is a valuable tool for us.

Director

It seemed a good software, used from multiple devices.

It is easy to search and filter your information as well.

Maybe also add in different alerts/notification schedules for those that work different shifts.

One thing to their credit is that they did admit that their salespeople lie.

We had not been using the software for some time and planned to discontinue.

HSE Specialist

This meets the requirements of State tracking and OSHA tracking.

It is easy to use - basically self-explanatory.
