Out of the various Remote Monitoring and Management tools I have used this product seems to get most aspects of RMM tools right. And implementing it to your systems and to your clients can be mainly an easy experience.

Navigating the ConnectWise portal to find the latest release to update Automate hasn't been the most seamless experience either.

Needing to clear the local cache to even load past the first splash screen.

The ticketing with ConnectWise automate and reporting is accurate and helps make business decisions.  

It was given as a remote tool and to show how many systems the outsourced IT group could charge us for, but totally unreliable as a tool.

Every now and then you may come across an issue,  calling into support you need to get past the level 1 tech and go right to the level 2 tech.

Monitor your clients whole network from one location.

Scripting works well when it works but it's difficult to figure out if it's not worked and why.

I am still learning aboout it, but I love it.
