Pros

“I found the editing and customization options somewhat limited. As my photography and videography business grew, I wanted more flexibility with page layouts, galleries, and the overall design.”

michael k.

President

“The drag‑and‑drop interface made it simple to build and update pages without technical knowledge, and the built‑in templates helped get a professional-looking site up quickly.”

Radha S.

Legal Assistant

“Terms of Service did not list the requirement for their host website users a mandatory submission of their email addresses and names in order to use their respective purchased AIRO AI”

Wilder B.

Manager

Pros

“If you are looking to build a website for yourself and have minimum 150 hours to read and view tutorials to understand the new Divi 5 system, then you might be happy once this product is actually out of public beta (they announced twice that it was in the 5 weeks I tried it out without them ever stating clearly in the begining it was beta. Dishonest!). ”

Greg K.

Psychologist

“It lets me move fast, keep designs consistent, and adjust layouts without rework. When I do hit an issue, VIP Support has been top notch, which turns problems into quick fixes instead of long delays.”

Timothy C.

Creative Director

“They finally started relasing more instruction for the new Divi 5 system nearly a month into my experience instead of just the old info on thier Divi 4 system. ”

Greg K.

Psychologist

Cons

“The main downside was the limited customization compared to more flexible website platforms. As my needs grew, I found it harder to make advanced design changes or add specialized functionality.”

Brianna T.

Editor

“They did not comply with their AI Bot Terms of Service, and their limited ability to make changes (as referenced above) on a very standard model that is provided across the industry made any website built very difficult to view for users.”

Wilder B.

Manager

“Sometimes you cannot add multiple pictures on a promotion page, and the menu bar only lets you put a few categories.”

Adriana R.

Executive Director

Cons

“In our experience, Divi AI did not work as advertised for our use case, and once the 30-day refund window had passed, Elegant Themes would not offer a refund, credit, or prorated resolution.”

Kevin S.

VP of Technology

“This despite selling me a public beta system without clearly indicating this, and not providing the needed documentation and tutorials for someone new like me to grasp how to use this incredibly complex system (everything effects most everything in their design). ”

Greg K.

Psychologist

“We purchased Divi AI for $99 on July 9, 2026 and found that it repeatedly failed to follow prompts or instructions and did not produce usable results for our website work.”
