Never had experience with designing a web I started with Shopify because I thought it was easy but I've met with a lot of difficulties and limited options. With DIVI you are limitless and it is a super-advanced to start a design with your website and take it to the next level.
Everything is drag and drop, love the fact that you can just watch their tutorials on YouTube and you will get your answer. It's that easy You can personalize your website with the latest features and most advanced design widgets, took me 3 days to design 3 different websites and that's with no design experience. Multiple widgets, you can even create an animated scrolling design on the home page how good is that. DIVI gives you the ability to start for free with limited terms and the premium pack is so full of multi-functional design tools.
More options with the checkout page and the cart would be preferable. But DIVI already has enough for a start

Great
Flexibility, visual builder and premade templates
Site speed could be better. The best upgrade could be built in speed and maybe preload function.

I manage multiple sites and train managers to use them on a regular basis. Divi is consistently requires the most training and administrative support. Divi consistently takes longer to do simple edits and results in more errors per edit than any other theme we use. Divi requires a lot of server resources and bandwidth for simple actions, making it slow for admins and punishing mobile end users who may have limited bandwidth/poor connections. A faster server will only help so much - you can't spend your way out of this.
1 - The system uses a layout system/library to allow for shared layout elements - such as headers/footers. Allows for custom elements on each page. 2 - Divi provides a WYSIWYG editor.
1 - Divi was built before WordPress used blocks and was intended to solve some of the sames issues and is incompatible. WordPress blocks are far easier to use and understand. 2 - The WSYWG editor is confusing and SLOW. Save does not always mean save, restore features lie and don't work. 3 - Divi uses separate content for mobile and desktop. A single edit must be made in multiple places. 4 - The layout...

DIVI has become my number one choice for building a new project from scratch.
Ease of use is one of the most favored parts of this website builder I've been using now for more than five years. Secondly, the support is far beyond any other service provider I've been using.
As long as the cons, not much or not any significant worth mentioning.

One of the first themes that came with an easy to use 'front-end' builder. Drag and drop everything is the correct order and you're good to go. Very nice.
It's easy to use. You can easily make yout own Wordpress websites without any coding skills. It works as you should expect. Thereby you can easily switch between Divi builder and standard Gutenberg Wordpress builder.
You never have all features (blocks) you need. So you always need to buy extra blocks from other developers. Would be nice if really everything was all-in.
