The issues, that I had with integrations, connectors and encryption over the time we had with jitterbit were not really fixed but work arounds provided.  

The Cloud Studio interface will often silently time out leading to strange behavior or sudden return to the login screen.  

Notification queue type integrations are especially difficult to create.  

It is fairly easy to make initial connections to other systems using Connectors.
