The customer service is excellent because they even provide you the opportunity to have a call with them in which they will guide you on how to use the software.

The nonprofit I work has two locations in two different states and we have to do a lot of translation services, so this software is excellent.

Searching of translation keys could be improved at bit by supporting for example wildcard searches, but that's just a minor thing.

I don't know if it comes directly from WeGlot, but words that aren't displayed on the pages are continually being translated, taking up part of the consumption (number of words), and I have to delete them all the time.
