Pros

Integration with ServiceDesk Plus is great, if it's working. The integrated templates of software to deploy are very great and easy to use.
Cant love it more support is amazing...product is amazing does everything you can think of.
I do appreciate the nice remote capabilities, the option to roll out your own image, MS Updates, asset management and great reports.

Pros

The ability to control apps and monitor activity is feature-rich with reliable performance. And their support in both setup and ongoing usage is excellent, providing both chat and video conferencing.
It is (mostly) a very flexible product with a great feature set. The support team is fantastic and helps you find the more obscure settings.
I love the granularity you have with locking down your devices. The API also is an amazing feature as I can do a ton outside of the software with my own in-house tools.

Cons

Companies took huge damage because of covid-19 pandemic. Most of country lost its economic balance.
Errors installing software or agent are hard to troubleshoot without having to start over with deployment.
The error messaging, most of the times to general.

Cons

There is a lag in locking or unlocking remotely. There is no messaging when the dashboard is offline.
Most of my issues are problems with the android OS not with the MobiLock software.
Had expected it to be easier. BUT: next time I'll RTFM before I start.
