Retica is an AI-powered cloud platform for intelligent document processing. It automates the import of documents like invoices, orders, shipping documents, receipts, and more into ERP and CRM systems. The advanced artificial intelligence recognizes text, tables, and information regardless of document structure and transforms them into data readable by business software.
The platform supports purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, receipts, generic documents, and custom templates defined by the user. It automatically imports documents via FTP and captures data even when document layouts change. Retica validates captured data and allows users to confirm or modify the reading model. It has functionality to create conditions that transform captured information into formats readable by the ERP or CRM.
Users can manually or automatically export processed documents to their business systems. The AI technology understands and splits complex documents to extract information in a categorized, readable way. It identifies text blocks to scan, reads and labels each one, saves their position and contents, and creates a template based on these building blocks.
