First of all, the fact that QBO doesn't have this functionality built in is just dumb. But SaasAnt fills this void beautifully, and the customer service is always top notch - even when it turns out that my questions have easy answers.

This doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles (or at least I don't use them if they do!) but it's great for what it is: a simple way to import journal entries or other items into QBO.  

I'm importing from two different programs using two different date formates, which then requires me to change the date format first in settings, prior to importing the files.

Overall, it simplifies my month end and increases the accuracy of my entries.

My only tiny con is that if a client leaves/is set up incorrectly then I cannot remove them myself and have to contact support but they're always really quick at sorting it anyway :)

Sometimes there's a slight delay in the payout invoice being ready to send when the payment has already arrived in bank but I assume that could be to do with Etsy too

Our client is easily able to process their sales themselves as they look after the bookkeeping, they haven't needed to ask any questions etc. post set up which  makes everyones lives easier

I like how much time it saves me and provides me with assurance everything will be 100% accurate as there is no chance for any human error.

The cost is flexible but when there are less transactions to account for every little extra adds up so I was considering cancelling for this reason.

Support is also great. Whenever I’ve needed help, it’s been easy to get hold of someone and get things sorted quickly.

LMBs has really taken the hassle out of manually collating data from our various sales channels, namely: Amazon, eBay and Shopify. With sales and fees captured automatically we can concentrate on other areas of the business and maintain an updated snapshot of our business performance.

All in all great solution for any clients selling on platforms in large volume.
