Take control is painful to use after using Connectwise Control. I've also had an open issue with the RPD protocol under Take Control that has been open for months unresolved.

Hit or miss on agent sometimes, does not always connect to remote pc.

Every added option has a cost. This makes it very difficult to cost price for taking on new customers.

Love how it reconnects itself when you lose remote access, it is really helpful. I also like how you are able to do administrative actions.

Automation doesn't work with our on prem servers - but this is more on us than CW. Alerts are just spamming us with some random problems so had to ignore it.

No refresh button, so I have to refresh in the browser and redo the filters. Lack of details on tasks, etc to get insight on what it's doing and what failed.

The ease of use and scripting capabilities is great. Integration with ScreenConnect and Axronis CyberProtect have been invaluable.

Connectwise RMM has been a great way to get alerts that we need in our hosted environment and more cost efficient that our previous product.

We’ve also experienced issues when rolling out the ScreenConnect client—at times the installation process gets stuck and doesn’t complete, requiring us to step in and install it manually.
