What is Sparkleflow?
Sparkleflow sets up a central system for managing and exchanging information about applications. It allows users to create a 'single source of truth' for everyone to work with. The data model is tailor-made for each customer. All info about applications, licenses, and versions is in one place.
The software is linked to systems that contain information about applications, such as an ITSM system, Active Directory, CMDB, SCCM, or SAM. Sparkleflow integrates with Admin Studio, Application Virtualization, and Wise Package Studio platforms. Data is not only collected but can also be exchanged, so the duplication of work is avoided. For example, the workflow system automates the creation of Active Directory groups, the entry of packages into SCCM, or email sending.
Templates can be used for documentation and manuals. With the Automanual option, print screens can be edited with text and inserted directly into a document. Users can view real-time reports on customizable dashboards. The program can be linked with other software, such as Power BI and Crystal Reports.
