Pros and Cons from Jama Connect users

We use it on a daily basis and we are not moving away from this software. It helps drive us to our mission of "Excellence" in IT.
A bit sluggish at times. If you do not have enterprise license then it will limit the number of users who can stay logged in together.
Is amazing how well it performs. It's not a heavy application.
It is different than other document software so some people have a hard time learning it.
The major selling point was the ability to store and create your own field level data and we have taken advantage of that in spades. This alone has saved us hundreds to thousands of dollars.
If you need a requirement management tool, look no further than Contour.
I am an admin and active user and I love this product. I cant do my job without it.
The text editor can be a little difficult for a first time user and can be made more intuitive. Filtering can be made more convenient to use.
I have been using Jama for over one and half years. The good thing about JAMA is all the requirements are systematically placed in JAMA.
Coming from Jira, it takes a little getting used to. Some of the basic configurations are hard to set up, but overall it gets the job done.
Tracks my requirements, helps collaborate with other engineers on requirements, the Jama Reviews and change process is easy to implement and use.
Collaborative medium; Collective decision making and decision records; Information archive & presentation; Ease of use.

Video record function is amazing and outstanding when we compare it to similar products. It can make script creation automated.
My problem is that I sometimes forget to click the Save button and I walk away and if the session times out - then all your work is lost.
I like how easy it is to save work, the intuitive UI and the color scheme for quick status checks. The layout is straightforward like Rally's and it can be a requirements repository.
I'm not sure if it is our implementation - but it seems to hiccup often, I randomly get errors or steps don't display.
Great to control the quality process and improve our test case development process.
Along with this, some of the qTest add-ons such as Insights are very difficult to work with and not intuitive as normal data analysis tools.
I have been using qtest for a while and I really like it the way it has built up. The integration with jira allows to link JIRA issues against the Qtest which is helpful in overall visibility.
Sometimes, the requirements between qTest and JIRA did not sync well. There were many times where the number of requirements in each software was not the same.
Useful for test traceability, good integration with JIRA.
Pretty good experience so far, not super hard to use.
The software has a good workflow allowing traceability of requirements right through to individual test runs. It is easy to separate releases and produce reports on test summary once finished.
Its helping in ease of doing business and run the agile environment in a smooth way.
Easy to use and understand. Good Support and Training sessions.
Integration seems to be easy and possible with requirements and Jira.

The features were great, I could see what everyone was doing. Very powerful feature set.
And it's why we left after a year. When pluralsight bought them, there was no more flex in the price.
I also love how it easily and readily gives me coaching opportunities to take to a 1:1 with a team member.
Hard to benchmark against outside projects (apples vs oranges).
GitPrime increases my ability to make confident decisions about performance, and it allows me to do so much more quickly.
I like their overall approach to quantifying developer productivity.
GitPrime solves all of that, and visualizes the trends and the metrics.
Basically, we are learning who is deploying, who is working, how they're being so successful, and identifying the weak links.

This suite is just as good, if not better than IBM's or HP's suites. I've now worked with all three and can easily recommend this for all but the most complex and complicated organizations.
Too bad it does not have copy features for workflows etc from 1 project to another.
Excellent company to do business with in all aspects. Outstanding Sales, Service, and Product.
Very occasionally can be slow, for no apparent reason. Validation against AD can be difficult to setup.
Very good keep up the great work you guys are doing including development team, customer support(Adam stand out in his response) very positive team.
Misunderstanding the designed use compared to their personal opinion.
Again we have been very pleased with the number of features and ease of use, not to mention its integration with SpiraTeam.
One of our number 1 complaints from Managers that use the system including myself is that we can't easily get data out of the system.
So far, we would highly recommend the product and the company. It is a great light-weight alternative to HP Quality Center, which we also evaluated.
Strongly recommend it, it provides much more functionality than expected, and the support team is awesome.
Spira is a very good QA tool. It is very easy to use and very nice documents to follow.
We are eager to also adopt the other modules, especially incident management and requirements management, to benefit from the traceability between all the different artifacts we manage.
Excellent support even during the weekends. Very good integration facilities offerd.
Fantastic support team and a vendor that listens to the user base addapting and improving the application at every new release. Very reasonable licensing and support fees.
High Functionality, Low Price & Responsive Support - It's a Winner.
It seems that the company's sales team are well versed in using the software tools that they sell. For us, it is the support that wins out over any rivals.
The feauture i like mosto are remote launch, easy to duplicate project structure.
My philosophy is that the tool should fit the project, not the other way round, so I use SpiraTeam as and when the project requires. All my tests begin life as Excel checklists.

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
I understand that this a way to monetize the platform and am grateful that there are those that can contribute. The integration for time tracking tool such a Togl or it's own time tracker is great.
Bad support - no quick reply from the team on the chat.
This product is fantastic. I love that I can have multiple projects and tasks going on at once and I can view it all however I would like (sort).
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.
Functionality is great, customer service is awesome, updates are great, and works for what we do very well.
It is graphically very appealing - which really is a big deal when trying to be very clear on assigning important tasks to a big group of people.
The large amount of tools, coupled with the possibility of customizing are the strengths of this tool. The cost-benefit is very good and provides much more functionality than the competitors.
Very impressed at the ease of use and can't wait to explore it more and utilize more of the features it has.
I like the integrations that this tool offers and its easy of access on mobile. It is a great way to keep track of yours and others projects.
It makes management easy and simple - a great interface, great mobile apps too.
Super easy to use and can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be.
Clickup is constantly updating their app with relevant and useful improvements. Especially love that their price is much lower than many their competiting apps.

The availability of this tool is fabulous and configuring setting up clusters is done in minutes. Also, the performance of this service is amazing, be it in any region, across the globe.
It is charged in dollar which makes it very expensive for people living in countries where the local currency is weak compared to the US dollar.
Ease of being able to access the information or saved documents of high importance. Love the fact you can connect with others and build great relationships with.
I dislike that it causes me to worry about privacy in regards to anything I upload. You never truly know where it's going or who has access when it goes to the cloud.
I love how easy and user friendly this software is. It is also very reliable and consistently just works.
Navigation on the pages can be confusing at times and some information is not updated for the latest version.
I have a very nice and professional experience with Google Cloud Platform, because I build and invest in my cloud with full confidence. Because I know that my content is fully secure and safe.
It can be quite expensive compared to other providers. It won´t have the same hardware performance as a bare metal server and might be costly if you are looking to get the same performance.
I enjoyed the learning process and I will most definitely consider this software moving forward. I'm very happy to have taken advantage of the free trial.
I really like the free tier of the many softwares and the easy integration of, for example, App engine. The sync with Firebase is awesome too.
I is just what I was looking for, I am able to store projects and open them on several devices seamlessly. I wish I had found this software sooner its great.
The thing that I like most about this software would be the ease of access and the ease of use for the user.
Things are very well managed, I use BigQuery to analyse the data. Things are great there, the integrations/options are great.
Great customer support and easiness of implementing the apps. I was part of installing and support of SAP applications in GCP and I had good experience.
It´s a great platform with excellent network performance and scalability.
Google Cloud Platform is really a best platform that offers incredibly amazing cloud computing services. You can build apps and websites fasters.
It is easy to use and cost effective to ensure things are backed up.
Customer support is the best. Web-based console to manage your account.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Customer support was great and really helpful - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] went above and beyond to successfully help me several times, I do appreciate it.
It can suck up a lot of time just configuring and experimenting.
Their support is also incredibly responsive and friendly, and their documentation is good. It's been really easy for me to teach myself the ins and outs of the product and get answers to my questions.
The inability to two-way integrate with Pivotal Tracker has proven extremely difficult in optimizing our workflow with our other teams (design, engineering etc.).
Good, support are brilliant. Often find the solution complicated, requiring research and dedication on how to set it up correctly.
During the evaluation period I did not find any specific features that I dislike.
This really helps with strategy and helping to inform everyone why we are doing something. When everyone understands the shared vision it makes it that much easier to execute and track.
Platform can be confusing at times. There are times where i cant find a specific ticket for unknown reasons.
I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.
I get a great overview of customer ideas, and, most important, the customers have the possibility to vote, which they have been asking for.
The roadmap feature is very good and it helped to organize some of our project timelines. I like that it's more than just a roadmap, you can integrate with Jira, you can add tasks.
We have had great success at visualizing complex product and portfolio roadmaps, where previously we were creating multiple separate PowerPoint presentations to capture the same information.
Superb product, flawless customer support, fast replies and personal support.
The user experience and design of the product is very well done and he customer support is outstanding.
There's an abundance of helpful documentation, and the support staff is also excellent.
Love all of the features available within the software and ease of use.
Extremely positive interaction with Aha! overall. We're still finding our way and really appreciate the support that's available with our subscription.
The customization and integration capabilities are better and more user-friendly than any I've seen in any product.

I love how simple docker has made the image/containerization workflow. A great help to all software engineers working on microservices.
Sometimes, when an error occurs in the container, it is difficult to investigate and discover, as there is a certain usage restriction.
Once you get it running and understand how its ecosystem works, you feel like a god. Understanding it's purpose and how useful it can be it can really save a lot of time on the long run.
Heavy consumption of memory. It computer goes low on memory, Docker instance fails, which in turn fails all your application running on the framework.
My overall experience with docker has been great, it continues to empower me by virtualizing my systems, which create s a lot of value and cost serving.
It is difficult to debug things that are not working correctly as a docker image since you need to know your way around docker.
This is a must have for any team that would like to make it very easy to bring on any developer by having their environment in a container so its easy to spin up.
I do not see this as negative but it is something to consider.
It's so easy to use, makes it so easy to deploy and, with the growing ecosystem of service offered around it, will enable entirely new tech-stacks that will save businesses a lot of time and money.
Great way to have files that are within the laptop be saved and used virtually no matter the size of the file.
First of all, it's very easy to use. If you have experience on powershell or other batch scripts, you can handle docker command perfectly.
Overall experience with Docker is really good. Manageability has increased exponentially while the resource consumption has gone down rapidly.
Easy to use and best containerization tool available.
Widely accepted by the micro-services community. A very large community is supporting docker which helps you to find a solution to any problem in minutes.
I like the amount of material available for free on how to use it, and the endless possibilities of using docker to make production and edits easier and quicker.
Docker is best programming for building holders and work with Amazon ECS/ECR.
With Docker I can easily create containers such as Apache server within minutes. Plus Docker Hub is a great resource to download community built containers.
Docker helped our business scale rapidly and reduce deployment errors. It's the best tool in its class.

He helps us with the various projects we have in the Company, which is the most important part of my job. It perfectly supports project flow and helps us create flawless projects.
Difficult to do an on premise implementation and dealt with disaster recovery.
The user interface is great and give a lot of opportunities. It is a great tool to examine for further developments.
The level of training and information for people with some knowledge is weak. They are either very confusing documents, or it is all very vague.
Secure, feature rich, great support, great performance, easy to learn development environment.
At the beginning we had some doubts but now, we do have lots of apps including core business apps. Honestly, without Outsystems, I just cannot imagin how can we would face covid crisis.
I Highly recommend OutSystems if you want to get quick result in a short period of time and must important of all, with quality.
Licensing model is sometimes difficult to understand.
Good integrations and easy to use. Best in class for fron-end customizations and speed to market.
You will probably end up using the platform and coding stuff on the side like me. So I really like what they have built and highly recommend investing some time into learning a bit about the platform.
I can say enough about how helpful the Success team has been helping my development teams make the transition from traditional. Net development to Low code.
Great training material, easy to use, great support/forum community to speed up development.
Overall good - the international scale of the business and partner means that we can look to create a global centre of excellence using a single product.
Outsystems Is great for ease of use and fast development.
Rapid development of very nice and user friendly apps.
There is also a very active community to help and the vendor personnel are also there to handhold along the way.
In addition, it does not need a large learning curve and is very simple to use. I like that they provide quick solutions to the business needs of users without technical knowledge.
Fast, easy and cost effective application designing and implementation.

I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system.
Fearing I would lose all the boards, I didn't do this and assumed that the plan would be automatically degraded.
We started using this to track project progress within our team, and love the features. Very easy to use and great interface.
With a large number of subtasks, it becomes difficult for me to perform actions, because the application has too limited a number of tools for structuring.
The verification engine is very well thought out and works like a charm. Slack integration is great as that is where most users first start when they have a question.
It takes too much time to load, and the drag and drop functionality is very buggy.
Having this amount of detail to help say exactly what you want and when you want it is very helpful.
With a significant number of subtasks, my workflow becomes very difficult, because now it is too limited in the number of structuring tools.
I like how easily the application integrates with a lot of services and the simplicity with which it allows you to manage projects. With his help, I can see the productivity of each member of my team.
Favro has a seamless and sleek UI and that is an eye-catching feature. Besides it is very intuitive to work with and has great customer support.
The overall experience has been great since I've only used it as a client. However, I don't think I would pay to use this software when Trello is almost as good for free.
Much better than Trello and more organised. Good to have people on chat support.
Think about what exactly makes it worth the price and present that better to the customer.
It is very easy to use and the overal UI/UX design is very good for the price.
In addition, the fresh interface makes it much more enjoyable to use than other more challenging platforms.
The ease of setting everything up just as you want it, within minutes.
Strongest tool I’ve seen when it comes to visualization. Collections, columns, boards (“swim lanes”) and cards come together naturally, and it looks pretty too.
Intuitive views my team enjoyed to work with favro.

Overall, it was a great experience using Jira. We're still using it, exploring it and learning that how to improve our development processes and make ease for both management and the developers.
Especially in latest version of their UX, the navigation sucks.
Jira offers a great task management for the team with a nice and clean visibility. The project flow is very easy to manage and see what is done and what is left to do.
Some developers I have worked with find Jira with confusing user interfaces, it's hard to find tasks assigned to a particular developer.
I believe they do a great job in the ability to create tickets and tag them appropriately.
At the beginning it can be a lot hard to navigate and learn the flows, sometimes there is too much information on screen.
It is a brilliant tool for both tech savvy or even otherwise and We have been using in our company over few years and we have customized to suit our needs very easily and good customer support.
Permission management can be quite tricky sometimes.
JIRA has helped use organized our tasks/bugs and projects for many of our clients. For it's cost the benefit to our business has been amazing.
It helps you manage your projects in a very friendly and easy to understand way. You can see very easily how the project is going.
Awesome tool for agile software development. Everything can be customized easy to use.
Great User Interface and User Experience. The ability to create custom queues and automatically re-direct issues to these queues saves a lot of time.
Overall we're quite happy and now able to oversee the development work by the hired developer and pay them as per their involvement and progress.
A great number of functionalities. On the basic level is intuitive.
A huge number of plugins. Customer service - in terms of personal help to do something.
Initially I liked Jira a lot - some things are very easy, and the set up is basically instant. It lets you integrate many things in one place.
Also bug reporting and fixing became easy, and also you can make integrations with many apps and tools like slack ,github and many more.
At first sight, the abundance of features might seems daunting, but Jira is a tool definitely worth investing time into as it quickly turns into might weapon in hands of experienced user.

I really love Caspio, The Customer Service is wonderful, it is an easy application to get up to speed on and provides so much benefit.
Worst experience ever in 20 years of IT procurement. Stay away from these fraudsters.
Caspio was great to use. It took us very little time to learn it and we were able to build a secure database that provides great information to our students.
When we need to do condition assessment of field asset and we have no network connectivity, we all end up frustrated with the platform regardless whether Caspio is to blame.
When I began using Caspio, I experienced great customer service to get me started on the right foot. They spent quality time with me to insure I was successful ... and I was.
At this time there is nothing I can really say bad about this app.
The great news is that if you aren't a programmer they have a great Managed Application Services Team that will do the work for you.
Don't like pressure tactics... its the only negative experience I would say I had. That sales technique makes me feel like they think I'm stupid.
Great experience and I really enjoy using the software. It makes me look very good to my superiors on a daily basis.
The ease of customization, flexibility and pricing won me over. Caspio plans scaled with our business so i never felt like i was paying too much for the service.
It is flexible enough to allow you to build literally any kind of application you want from simple to complex, which is powerful and liberating.
In this respect, Caspio has played out an important and critical role by offering a reasonably priced and powerful platform to them.
I am able to create standardized reports with appealing charts and graphs. I like the latest version of Caspio which incorporated responsive DataPages.
Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.
The best aspects of this app is the ability to quickly get an app on line or modifications to existing apps you have built.
Ease of use and functionality. Good customer service and support.
I love Caspio because it is so easy to use. I work frequently with much larger companies, and they gush when they see how much power we have to manage our data with the Caspio platform.
My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

From purchasing, installing and using Patch My PC my experience has been great. Customer support are so helpful and responsive, sales team are great too.
A few applications require a manual download of the updates to be added to Patch My PC to be deployed. That's not a PatchMyPC limitation but a software developer restriction.
I was impressed that they care for us as clients and check regularly that we are using the product to its fullest potential. Great customer support and assistance.
It was highly frustrating that such issues arose, especially considering the widespread installation of Adobe Reader throughout our environment.
It is easy and intuitive to use. Overall i highly recommend Patch My PC for anyone looking for an easy and effective way to keep their environment secure and up to date.
Software looks old stylish, no Web frontend- I cannot add self-packaged Software.
The ease of integration between PMPC's custom publisher and SCCM is amazing. All buttons are easy to find, and it literally "Just Works.
I had one negative experience in which a version number was mismatched with Edge or WebView 2 that, made Edge unusable, but we were able to remediate.
Overall experience has been fantastic. Any issues that I’ve had they resolved it within minutes/hours.
Overall experience this tool has been a such a huge benefit in our environment as we have quite a handful of applications in our environment with ease of setup \implementation and configuration.
I am impressed that after so much time, they still have continued to innovate and improve the product. Their recent merger with another company will surely bring even more features.
Ease of use and very easy to set up. Really great support and fast response to questions / issues.
Extremely positive experience, well worth the money, this has already saved us a lot of time, resources and energy.
Automating application packaging and having these sync to both Intune & SCCM is amazing.
Easy to deploy updates from a centralized location using the Windows Update Service already in our organization.2. The number of applications it supports is unmatched in the market3.
Ease of use is by far the best feature about PMPC.
Was easy to integrate into Config Manager, and has a good third party patch catalog.
Best price for this type of patching in the market.

Easy to manage task and change with excellent workflow management capabilities and also reporting and analyzing data with PACE Packager Hub is amazing.
I haven't been using PACE Packager Hub long enough to discover its serious defects, but so far all has been the minor bugs and issues (mainly UI that have not direct effect of the workflow).
I was very pleased to find everything I was looking for in one place and I was able to organize my work. It is pleasant and easy to use.
I can't think of anything negative at all other than the price being a little high.
It is super efficient for all the businesses and the support system is great. There's a training session as well in this software such as webinars, documents etc.
My only complaint is that the interface could be a bit more untaught. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to use some of the advanced features.
Some of the best features include tracking orders, updates, advances. The user interface is very nice and workflow integration is very streamlined.
I had difficulty in getting used to with the features of PACE Packager Hub at the beginning however after a while all became straightforward.
The ability for collaboration between different teams is perfect and easy to manage various project and files.
It's a good tool to manage your workflow with a friendly user-interface. It has a lot of cool features, you can easily import and export data.
I love how user friendly it is and how I can easily customize the packages according to my needs.
The highly flexible management and cloud services management software that offers the best data migration ability and easy to report.
PACE offers an easy to use platform for management. In my opinion, it's well worth the price for all of the comprehensive features that are offered.
Great for creation and management of software packages.2. Friendly UI, easy to setup.3.
I was able to package and deliver my applications within the span of a few hours. The customer service is also really helpful, providing great support in every step.
Functional solution for easy data integration through the data source connectors which are very stable.
This can help you save time, reduce errors, and ensure that your packaging projects are completed on time and on budget.
It’s an extremely efficient way of packaging and delivering applications across different platforms. The customer service is top-notch and they’re always there to help when needed.

Excellent Cloud access to innovative technologies and great integration with third-party solutions and also for support multiple languages.
For most users that have no coding background it this can provide limits as DELGUGE can be difficult to learn.
If you are using other elements of the Zoho suite there are good integrations and Creator would be great for adding functionality for the likes of first-line workers in the organisation.
Form loading goes from seconds to minutes. These are serious problems that made me wish I had stuck to using Zoho strictly as a prototype.
For the people who are planning to develop software is really useful it helps you get everything organized and reminder about the deadlines which ensured productivity and help you to get more revenue.
The limited features working offline or in patchy network areas was a huge problem.
It is what you put into it. I'm happy with mobile access through the web and endless customization abilities.
In spite of the shortcomings I have expressed, I still wouldn't hesitate to deploy Zoho again in another enterprise.
With Zoho Creator, I can build any kind of applications in a very short time. Very easy to use and a lot of possibility to extend the application with some easy development.
What not to take away from the team Zoho, so this is an excellent technical support. The guys came to help at any time of the day and night, explained the nuances, helped to set up the project.
Mostly I liked that I could use it with any one of my devices. That's very important in my business.
Powerful and easy to use creator solution at a reasonable cost.
And it automatically selected the best variable type from my excel sheet. The reports are also there easily and are very customisable.
The most thing I like about zoho creator is that it is easy to use and understand.
I like that the Zoho Creator is pretty flexible and can be customized to meet the needs of any company.
It is a very helpful tool. There is a drag and drop interface which helps a lot while creating an application; I use it a lot.
Tracking billing, services, expenses, and clients in one place has made zoho my one stop shop. Great customer service whenever I need it.
Awesome field app with no internal mobile team.

It is a very helpful tool. There is a drag and drop interface which helps a lot while creating an application; I use it a lot.
Tracking billing, services, expenses, and clients in one place has made zoho my one stop shop. Great customer service whenever I need it.
Awesome field app with no internal mobile team.

It has been a very profitable tool which has enabled is scale our apps a top rank higher. The customer service is so good and the interface is friendly and an easy one to use.
There are no proper tutorials available on the internet to show that how to use this software and it made it quite difficult for me to understand its interface.
It has a very good customer service support team and to top it up we just love how affordable it is since it offers us with the best monthly subscription purchases.
There are still some minor UI bugs and warnings that don't always work, but they are working on those.
The time and effort saved by our developers using Code Capsules is invaluable. The ability to handle the entire app development lifecycle from building to scaling in one place is fantastic.
I still have a few things to finish, but every problem I had was fixed immediately quickly.
Code Capsule is an outstanding and innovative product. The cost and intricacy associated with deploying code have significantly came down in the form of cost associated with it.
I do not see any things that I dislike about Code Capusles.
It's most hosting programmes are very sophisticated, I like how straightforward this one is. The tool's minimal latency for my websites is the second feature I like.
The experience with code capsule was fantastic , like everything at a single place till deployment of project.
It is a very quick to set up software. The customer service is soo good and very responsive.
I like the simplicity of the tool, most hosting tools are over complicated. The second thing I like about this tool is the low latency for my websites.
Great experience overall and the support is great and friendly.
It's a fantastic product with a fantastic staff behind it.
Unique tool for the large and those complex project for simple teamwork and the information management on this tool is fantastic.
Overall CC has been a great experience and allowed us to focus on the engineering aspects that matter the most to our business.
I like the way where we can integrate the Code Capsules with Python, React, Java, and Angular Js in an easy way. And also the deployments are speed and trackable.
It helps programmers to deploy their code easily. We can integrate the code with GitHub repository.

Simply amazing the creation of the MSI and not to mention the super fast installation.
What annoys me the most about this software is that for creating MSTs files to customize manufacturer MSI, you are actually supposed to buy an Architect license.
Clinets are happy and satisfied as it integrates well and give improved and enhanced outcome.
I didn't find an application dependency detector. The basic version has no user selection for the database folder.
Advanced Installer is a very powerful tool when it comes to packaging software. It is very easy to use and reliable.
Overall there are no big "gotchas", but it can be difficult to understand how the software works, especially if you're new to creating Windows Installers.
Robust installer with fantastic integration facilities for easy access.
We are now dabbling with the Visual Studio integration but are finding it difficult to make it work the way we want , especially mirroring full installs vs updates.
The documentation on the website is very accurate and the support is awesome. I really recommand it if you have Installer to build.
Advanced Installer is a powerful system engineering program, that allows the company to have solid options for systems editing, modification, and improvements.
It is a simple and complete solution with very good documentation.
Advanced Installer is a great tool for creating your installers, and overall it's been a very manageable process.
I mainly use the software to adapt existing software or to create MSI for my customers' own developments (usually for rollout within the company). It is easy to use and delivers good results quickly.
You can easily create packages that install and uninstall and later on deploy your updates whenever you want. Their customer support is very fast and responsive.
Awesome app to create unique UI for installation.
Their customer support is very responsive, they will guide you with everything you need to get started.
The basic version supports multi-languages, custom actions, scripts, and constraints. Basic version with affordable cost.
I "sell" over five dozen projects on Git Hub, and invest thousands of hours and spend $1,000's per year on my server, all to give software away for free.

Very happy with this product as it helps our team better structure, automate and customize workflows.
The interface can be a bit overwhelming and confusing for new users, and navigating the system can be challenging.
The reporting features are also useful, allowing me to track my progress and make sure I'm staying on track. The customer service has been great as well, with quick responses and helpful advice.
Limited customization: PACE Suite may not offer as much customization as other packaging and deployment tools, which may be a limitation for some users.
I appreciate the ability to integrate with other tools, such as monitoring and logging systems, and the comprehensive analytics capabilities of PACE Suite help me identify areas for improvement.
Users may need to invest time and effort in learning the tool's features and functionality. The tool can be expensive for small organizations or those with limited budgets.
In my opinion they have one of the best customer services and it has help me save a lot of time by automating packaging processes.
Cost: PACE Suite is a paid tool, and the cost may be a barrier for smaller organizations or independent developers.
Our cooperation has always been extraordinarily good and resulted in high quality of the solution.
It has more features and cost effective. Great tool for software development and packaging solution.
Amazing quality for the price. Is one of the best tools the team tried.
Ease of use, good market value. Help when needed is easy to implement.
The process of capturing information and generating documents within the application is impressive and thorough. This feature is particularly useful for saving time and producing precise data.
Minimal effort required to run sophisticated user scenarios with user friendly wizard. We can save lot of time, and resource from automation of packaging process.
Automated routine tasks and processes which save a lot of our time.2. Helpful in the synchronization of IT processes and overall IT Management.3.
It is quite easy to use this software making it user friendly.
The stage is natural, drawing in and very much planned. New clients are rapidly ready to explore and use the arrangement with insignificant preparation.
Eventually, PACE Suite has grown into a powerful packaging tool and it is hard to imagine our daily work without it.

Super easy to set up, and you can keep things basic if you like, or get creative with your tracking. In this way, I know that my team and I are covering all the bases.
They lack basic features that other products had for ages - subtasks for example.
It has a robust, easy-to-understand interface, excellent reporting capabilities, and flexible admin controls. Their mobile app is easy to use.
And even then, the price per seat is high. In addition, they have a lot of small bugs that come from time to time in the UI, which makes it annoying to use.
Excellent project management tool with powerful automation and integration capabilities.
No Turkish version, it is the main difficulty for implementation. There is a Gannt chart option, but it does not adapt to changing data set durations, which is not practical.
The overall experience is good and it also has special features like Gantt to check work progress and plan accordingly.
Perhaps this is the cost that new businesses must pay. When you realize the potential of Monday.com and Notion.
Easy to get started and great support for 3rd party applications with easy integration and allows lots of complex automation.
I love the ease of use for most of their features.
The multiplicity of administrative tools within the application, their precise organization, and their compatibility with the required tools is the best thing that exists within this application.
It is easy to use and the customer support team is great.
We don't rely on Gantt charts or cost analysis when managing our projects so monday.com has been a great resource in our planning.
A unique and unique experience. I hope you will multiply the functions more within the application and that it will be developed over time.
Customizable + friendly, efficient and prompt support + automatic rules to update different sheets + dashboard.
Great but we have quit eventually to cover all field technicians on the same application.
We are using Monday to keep a track of different projects, Cost and budget tracking and also to see which employee is overloaded with tasks and how can we work much more effectively and efficiently.
Customer Support" category 5/5 due to never needing it.

Provisioning in general is amazing but the guest user access management is amazing and has already had a huge impact with clients.
The feature that is missing is something that will be implemented soon: Guest Access management.
The team at Orchestry are fun, ease to work with and knowledgeable. They are great to their partner and really strive to support them.
So maybe the admins get notified on errors, but general notifications go to a separate email.
They listen to the user, they are extremely responsive, transparent, innovative, and they have the best people working with them.
The only downside is that the product can be overwhelming for first-time users.
This is one of the great strengths to Orchestry as it really is the easiest product I have experienced.
Show me missing features, but many are on the road map.
Orchestry integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, making it super easy for our end-users to use the tool and to create new collaboration spaces based on our own templates.
Sensitive content hidden. And the team are super friendly and always willing to speak to our clients or support the partner community.
Great help from the support team. Direct contact with colleagues at Orchestry.
Ease of use and ability to see things that cannot be seen out of the box.
I have seen Orchestry save my clients significant money and time in provisioning while adding additional value in governance and lifecycle management.
I can't fault Orhcestry from a partner's point of view. It's easy to install for our clients, works flawlessly and the support and guidance materials are always up to date.
Management and security tools are also very impressive. It truly fills gaps within SharePoint and Teams but also analytics with how to maximize my Microsoft 365 overall investment.
Orchestry's ease of use for end users is off the charts, stepping them through the process of creating a team that ensures consistency and enforces policies.
There are still a ton of features that we hope to implement, but even with just the base installation and a few simple customizations, it has been a big help.
And the Compliance and security requirements of the business easily integrated with Orchestry as well.
