UXprobe overview

What is UXprobe?

UXprobe is a remote user testing platform for developers, product managers, marketers, and more to test their website, app, prototype or design choices with real users. A test project can be created in a few minutes and results can be provided in less than an hour.

UXprobe records testers screens and webcams while they perform a test. This delivers critical qualitative data that gives users the 'why' of user behavior. Webcam recordings can be rewatched for better observations, and both video and audio will be recorded to hear the reactions of test-audiences. UXprobe automatically collects and calculates UX metrics in real time, helping to save users' time and giving them the quantitative data to build version over version improvements.

Moderated tests allow participants to take a guided test to make sure users get an answer to every question. Unmoderated tests let participants test products on their own, following the scenario that was set up for them. UXprobe provides powerful tools to review, annotate and share results with stakeholders.

Key benefits of using UXprobe

  • UXprobe is 100% browser based, requiring no install for users, and videos are immediately available.

  • Analyze customer behavior for improved product optimization and issue identification.

  • Webcam recordings can be rewatched for better observations with not only video but also audio in order to hear the reactions of the test-audience.

  • Participants can take moderated or unmoderated tests by answering questions or by following a scenario.

  • Tests can be defined in 5 languages (English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish).
