To be honest I don't think there is anything I didn't like, maybe reporting the time could be a little bit better - if you don't write minutes or hours at the and, it automatically assumes hours which is often not the case.

The start / pause functionality (for time logging) doesn't allow pauses, only full stops.

What I dislike the most is the ability to enter the same task for the same amount of time across multiple days at once.

Another advantage is the ability to monitor working time and assign it to specific matters.

However, there are areas for improvement, such as pricing and the depth of certain features, but overall, it’s a valuable tool that has enhanced productivity.

some minor solutions for generating reports and how the data is displayed [f.e. minutes are by default converted to 1/100 of an hour, and not displayed by default in hrs and min, you can add time in hrs and min format in addition to the 1/100 - one of the Clients got very upset and claimed that this is not very clear] however those are not dealbreakers and we opted to continue using Amberlo for next year

We use it several years but still we are confusing of many functions because it doesn't give the reliable data.

Additionally, I couldn't upload my existing excel client list so had to manual input their information which I found very limiting considering how advanced the Amberlo software is and that this is a standard feature in most accounting software.

Currently, the application does not allow opening documents in cases.

Of course, it takes a while to enter all the data in the beginning, but the time spent is very quickly recouped.

To avoid this problem, it is necessary to create an appropriate account for the customer (read-only).

I am satisfied, it makes my daily work in th office easier, it is easier to coordinate work and activities.

What I like most about amberlo is its ease of use and intuitive interface, which helps me log hours quickly and efficiently.
