JailTracker brings all aspects of offender and institution management online, from booking to GAAP accounting. The information management system offers an internal email system, detainee record management, a public web portal, and report generation. Automated alerts notify users of inmate appointments and transfers, equipment maintenance and inspections, and employee training requirements.
JailTracker’s jail automation tools allow users to manage tasks with configurable workflows and customizable screens to control information entry, analysis, and response. Dynamic dashboards display alerts, emails, schedules, and reports to users and update in real time. Documents can be scanned and stored in the cloud, and users can also print and track barcodes for physical documents. JailTracker also offers features for managing inmate programs, commissary orders, and financial reporting.
