The software is very user friendly for someone who does not have an IT dept. I use it everyday and love it.

Of course, I do save notices to keep in the client files. But helps me with peace of mind that I can go to the Notices tab and access the notices.

By that I mean that it is very difficult to navigate. It's a shame that like many other software products, it tries to do too much and ends up being annoying.

I really like the ease of use and value that jubilee provides. The software is very intuitive and the customer service is phenominal.

When the servers crash - you have to manually forward emails to get the notices and if you opened them (because you need them everyday), you can't see them again in Notices.

This one is easy on the eyes which helps when your staring at it for hours a day.

BankruptcyPro is their non-cloud based program. Also, their customer support is excellent.

The biggest problem is that I cannot link back from a draft form to the place within the program where I need to input the information for that place on the form.

I like that it integrates with other products - this cuts down on my having to have a paralegal for my bankruptcy work. I also like that I can file electronically from the software.

I love the one input feature that goes to all of the appropriate schedules and how fast I can get a case inputted and ready to review and then file. It is totally user friendly.

I love the fact that the pacer notices get added to the client's matter file. This has eliminated my costs for pacer when a filing would not be saved after viewing it.

So intuitive, so easy and cuts down on my time. The credit report integration helps a lot and the e-file is amazing.

I dislike the treatment of a leased vehicle and the inability to put a monthly vehicle payment into Schedule J without having a vehicle on Schedule B.

The developers are constantly improving and making changes to the software. Anytime I've called in, customer support is immediately helpful or has addressed my question with a solution.

It might take a while to learn to use all the features you need. Fortunately,  both the live and on-line support is great.

One of the best features is the existence of the virtual paralegal, where a member of the team helps to build a case from start to finish.

I love the ease of entering information into the software.

The customer service has been very helpful when I needed it. They also have quite a few help articles and videos to work through any issues.
