I've had a great experience with the software thus far, and the 24/7 customer service is as good as you could hope for. Any issue/question that you may have is resolved within minutes.

Logikcull is great for retrieving legal discovery faster and more efficiently. It filters out the information that are important to me and it helps recovery files.

It always allows duplicates within the same page which is at times inappropriate and disappointing.

This software is easy to learn and implement and the pricing structure is transparent and communicated well. Following multiple attempts to try other software this was the clear winner.

My overall experience has been good. I tested out the usability and functionality of the Logikull platform, and I was surprised at the ease of use.

The most serious problem is that if you try to tag too quickly, Logikcull can fail to save your work, & can fail silently so that you don't know unless you look for it.

The structure, ease of use, operations offered/diverse abilities granted, efficiency, and simplicity.

I have not incurred any features that I dislike about this software.

It is intuitive and most of the time I am able to figure out what I need without having to reach out to customer service. When I do, they are super responsive and always able to help.

The interface is very easy to understand and navigate. The upload of documents is very easy and the customization of a database is excellent.

Sometimes when we use all of the colors, some of the color options when printed appear a lot alike and it can make reading a transcript with all the colors confusing.

Sometimes the search results move around after clicking return to search results. Both of these things are very frustrating.

It is very easy to use, and much better than the software it replaced for us.

I love the old-school Boolean search functions, it's so easy to use once you take the five minutes it takes to learn -- but can you please put in a Boolean cheat sheet somewhere easily accessible.
