This has limited our ability to implement offline conversion tracking and build reporting dashboards leadership is actively asking for. When Neos positions itself as having an open API and being collaborative with client teams, the lack of follow-up here has been frustrating and disruptive.

The number of tabs you can have opened, i will not allow you to open as many as you want it makes you close tabs in order to open a new one.

It brings structure, organization, and consistency to case management, which helps teams work more efficiently and deliver a better client experience.

I use Assembly Neos for legal case management, helping me resolve organization issues and enhance client communication.

Playing with it overtime, you can better understand the file by having documents or contacts in the right areas like having medical records and bills in one area and having court documents in another.

As with all cloud-based software, there can be glitches when there is a high number of users online at one time, and updates can be pushed forward before they are really ready.

That said, while the core system is strong, delays around integrations and communication have been frustrating and have limited our ability to fully leverage the platform from a reporting and growth standpoint.

From my side, having one system that supports case flow, reporting, and visibility across departments is a big plus.

Neos does a good job of keeping everything centralized and organized, which makes day-to-day operations smoother across the firm.

Neos has a clean, easy to learn interface with most law office management essentials built in so work can be done in one place quickly and accurately.

Some improvements could be made with email app merging, but overall, it's beneficial, integrating well with QuickBooks and Case Status.

Lawyer

Some of the tabs/features we don't necessarily use in our practice and it can be overwhelming having so many options/tags.

I also love the texting feature - it's been a key for keeping track of client communications, all within the platform. Plus, the integration with DocuSign makes signing documents a breeze. But what really stands out for me is how effortlessly I can link companion cases and transfer information between files, keeping everything running smoothly.

The Neos calendar.   When scheduling a calendar item from Neos, the case name does not show up on the calendar; you have to manually type in the case name in the subject line.

This has streamlined our disbursement of cases and enabled us to provide clear and concise settlement memos to our clients.

With features like tags for organization, an accounting tab for financial tracking, and a texting feature for client correspondence, Neos ensures that all aspects of case management are efficiently handled within one platform.

Additionally, the ability to link files and copy information between them enhances organization and efficiency, ultimately improving overall productivity and effectiveness in managing cases.

I FIND THAT I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A DOCUMENT OUTSIDE OF NEOS IN ORDER TO SEND IT VIA EMAIL EASILY.

I think there are ways to personalize your experience but there are so many features I haven't quite had a session on just style personalization.

Thanks to many features, specifically the notes feature, we are able to efficiently communicate with our clients, providers, and counsel.

The calendar: adding a calendar from case event, does not allow you to see the clients name on the regular calendar.

The only qualm that I have with Neos, that they are already working on integrating I might add, is having the text messages that we receive from clients only come as notifications and not as emails.

What I most dislike is its recent lag and slower loading times.

It can be difficult to figure out how to initially set things up and while you can send notes in office, they do not pop up on your screen so you may miss something urgent if you don't check your notes constantly.

How easy and quickly I can get to things like messages and my checklist for each case and client and how organized all the documents are when I'm trying to look for them.

There are many features such as case notes, insurance information, document uploads, etc.

Really just small things that we would find useful that aren't part of the system and no way to customize it without putting in a suggestion to be voted on by users.
