It is a powerful tool for managing cases, tracking deadlines, and keeping communication and documents organized. Once you become familiar with the system, it significantly improves workflow and helps teams handle cases more efficiently.

The ability to keep all case information in one location, along with the tasking ability to keep track of tasks assigned to team members has been a a huge help and time saver.

SmartAdvocate is a very comprehensive case management system that helps keep all case information organized in one place.

For example if one of our paralegals does not report an expense to accounting, we can perform a notes search for the day of the charge and identify the case to charge the expense to.

Would like more customization options in terms of colors.

I also wish they were a little faster responding to tickets reporting issues/bugs.

Taking the time to set up templates, auto-run reports, and input client information makes handling an extremely high case volume manageable.

I get a daily report of what I need to do that day on top of all unfinished tasks and how long they have been pending.

Smart Advocate is an internet based program and sometimes it can slow you down - which we may need higher internet.

Not a fan of the calendar integration with Outlook.
