It's missing a way to easily analyse your data and to see where your users drop off (only available through third-party integration).

Creating new flows is easy and the product provides excellent visibility into what users are seeing and how they are behaving. The integration with amplitude has also been valuable for our team.

The capabilities of Chameleon has been excellent. Chameleon is easy to use.

Literally we had 2 people working on this and they charged us for 5,000. They simply point to a blog where they indicated that these users "might" login and so they have to plan for that.

It's kinda hard to use and a little frustrating when you need to be on the webpage the tour will be on. Also, I wish there was a way to hide the chameleon icon on the software.

Chameleon has the very strong tracking function for animals, kennel, license, field, clinic, donor, and etc. It is able to cover all our business flow.

It wasn't until after we tried to leave that they continue to try and beg us to stay and keep pointing to the blog where they explain their pricing.
