Broken Refund Promises: Their team confirmed the refund was "approved" over 18 days ago, yet they still haven't returned the funds or provided a basic transaction receipt.

In my opinion, they are purposely trying to capitalize on trial and most company now offered trial with no credit card information to avoid things like this to occur. If they know how to generate complexe AI design, they sure know how to create automation so we receive bill remittance notification and they know how to create a trial that doesn't require credit card information.

I had to contest the transactions from my credit card provider and to do this, they need to change my whole credit card number so I will have to connect within about 20 different service provider to share them my new credit card information.

You can just make something this simple on Canva. But the worst part is they charged my credit card multiple times after I completely canceled!

I normally don't leave bad reviews but the overall quality of design, creativity, analytics is just ordinary.

Sadly, they were able to secure investor money as it is a completely fraudulent company just in it to take people's credit cards and charge them even after they cancel their accounts.

Do not use AdCreative.ai, the free trial is a scam, you only use it to find out if it works, later they generate an annual charge, this happens to the user and legal measures must be required to request a refund.

Our overall experience can only be described as a waste of time, and this is a highly unethical company that lies about the quality of its product, provides refunds, and pretty much everything.  

I then disputed charges and recieved refund from my credit card company with proof of the emails going to spam and their illegal bait and switch subscription business practices on auto renewal.
