Survey software difficult to place scans into position and control keys somewhat cumbersome.

The ease of use was one thing that made this software and company more attractive but what set it apart was it was Canadian owned and operated and the customer service and support was outstanding even from my initial call to inquire, to purchasing the unit and 3 years later upgrading camera and software, billing and more.

Lots of training videos and user portal for all the questions we need assistance with.

There are only a couple of times when the system glitched as I was importing in new images. Once I got everything loaded and figured out how to link the different rooms, everything seemed to flow fairly easily with drag-and-drop features.

I absolutely love the user interface, especially having never tried virtual tours before, the learning curve for Panoee is perfect for new users.

Nothing much to complaint, just the design and hotspot features got a bit confusing because of lots of option, but once I found what I need it got easy as well.

It was a good experience, the trail period is short but allows your to know the tool, and Panoee is a great tool, probably the best alternative for insanely expensive Matterport

I particularly appreciate the intuitive interface, which makes it easy to customize and enhance tours without requiring technical expertise.

Overall it has been good and thank goodness for youtube but I feel their should be videos on all topics like how do you send a tour to google street view I still have no idea on this.
