I also appreciate that Pallyy accepts user ideas and is constantly adding new features without constantly jacking up its prices.

The transparency in the Pallyy roadmap and the openness to change and receptiveness to "complaints.

It's also fairly buggy, being relatively new. There are a lot of uploading and posting errors, but in fairness the frequency seems to be reducing.
