Limited external integration capabilities, even with Zapier there are limits to the type of data you can pass to an external CRMs such as opt-outs.

Despite the many advantages, the software's interface for setting up landing pages and emails is notably outdated and cumbersome, reminiscent of late 1990s technology.

The demo was helpful and thorough, the onboarding support and set-up timeline worked well, and we received great customer service before, during, and after onboarding.

I also think the onboarding checklist, while overall helpful, was a little confusing with some of the jargon, and it didn't really seem customized to our needs or what was discussed in some onboarding calls.
