We tried this out and quickly realized it wasn't going to be the right tool for us because we needed a tool that handle the relationship with an affiliate/influencer (which Refersion does) but also helps us find those affiliates beforehand (something Refersiond does not do).

We can now manage affiliate links, discount codes, commissions, applications, referrals, and payouts from one place, which saves time and gives us much more confidence in the data.

There are lots of features that allow me to customize the programs to my needs.

Sometimes little things like a link being slightly off can cause issues, so I’m happy we were able to track it down and get everything working correctly.

The tracking is much clearer than our previous platform, which had caused us problems with attribution and partner sales.

Maybe there is a lot of restrictions regarding the Free plan, but still makes sense since you can still work around it until you scale and require to upgrade.

It can add up quick for small businesses. But in the end it just forces you to push the app to it's limit to really maximize it's potential.

We've been using UpPromote to manage our brand ambassadors and affiliate network, and it has been a very stable experience.

It provides all the essential features needed to grow sales through affiliates, while keeping everything organized and easy to track.

Some of the advanced settings and multi-level configurations have a bit of a learning curve to set up correctly at first.

UpPromote made it very easy to launch and manage an affiliate program, even without prior experience.

The site was very user friendly and anything I had questions on the live chat was able to help me with.

It is extremely simplified but simplified in powerful tools for you and your affiliate.

The lesser plan is $29 but it doesn't offer everything I need.

The outstanding support, especially from  [sensitive content hidden], really makes a difference and shows the quality of the platform.

Setup took under 30 minutes and the steps are in an order that makes sense.

I haven't ran into any hurdles that we couldn't overcome by simply reaching out to customer service.
