Automated rules will not run on schedule, or sometimes not even run at all, and there is no warning or retries.

new customers , can’t estimate LTV or CAC properly, and is showing a very poor ROAS   But the support team is trying to convince me that appart from that everything else is « fine » with the app

For an App that is costing that much money I would’ve expect more reliability Plus they refuse to reimburse my subscription whilst I no longer can’t use this app

Scaling FB ads is an art in itself. And you can do all the online marketing courses you want but you need to be a pro or you need to hire an ad agency if you really want to scale.

Sometimes its difficult to create ads from scratch, it works better if you already have existing ads that work and let Madgicx create the audiences, not the creative.

i’ve used almost anything out there but with the creative tools that you get inside Madgicx, the automated media buying through smart rules, and ridiculously cool audiences to target — this really must be the tool I recommend more then any other out there.
