The one thing that can be confusing is when you are ready to send a document for signature, there is the option to send the documents to them at the same time the zoom meeting link is sent.   When signing for e-notary, the signer cannot begin the signing process UNTIL the zoom meeting has been started by the notary.  

This makes electronic notarization exceptionally easy (the program makes you go through certain steps and will not advance you unless they are done correctly) and also provides an electronic journal to keep all completed transactions in.

There are new updates that are coming that will make my life as a notary so much so easier and end the frustration of some of my clients, e.g., ability to put multiple notary stamps on the same document.

Unfortunately, the security features do disqualify a lot of people from even accessing their documents.

Many of my clients are coastal so there is connectivity issues from time to time   but there was no mitigation written into the software (setting limits for receiving data) that were adjusted for the likeliness of this type of issue.

I do not like that there are 2 emails that go to the customer that signs first without the information automatically stating wait for the zoom meeting in order to sign your documents.

Only the template feature allowed for the work to be saved in the system reliably.

The Zoom launch was problematic.   Because of this it was necessary to reset up the documents or save them some how.

Many steps and internet connection issues make it difficult and cumbersome.

I have a client that has used my service 3 times and had to complete it each time, and it's just tiresome.

Also they are improving their billing methodology which is more fair to notaries.

The only con with Jotform Sign is that the free version only allows you to create/sign 10 documents before you have to upgrade. If you are needing to create and share more documents, you will have to pay.

It has allowed to change multiple procedures and has drastically improved UX as we can digitise a lot of our processes due to utilising Jotform Sign.

The table view doesnt totally work as an excel file or allow for direct import properly. When importing date from excel, it does not integrate with calendar.

We also needed a place were we could have an online application for new volunteers.

It has allowed us to digitise forms that previously had to be completed by hand as they required signatures.
