The good thing is that whatever the issue may be it can be reported to their development team to possibly correct the issue. But this is a timely process as well. And to have already pay for a plan depending on length of time taking advantage of their 1 time discount, you can be losing out on those hiccups that haven't been developed yet.

What I noticed is that the website builder platform doesn't seem to have all the bells and whistles as far as the little things that goes unnoticed being discovered while in the process of building a website. But the good thing is that site123 acknowledges this.

The learning curve to use it as website buiklder is not steep at all. And the customer servise is simply AWESOME: they check what you need, send short video tutorials on how to access some rarely used options (like how to manually renew a domain: something I never think about until the last days, despite the emails I received.. my fault!), help you through the process.

What I strongly expect you to improve are;- we can't set different cover photos for laptop and phone- not possible to automatically set shipping fee - less options for letter format

Initially the price but I have been repeatedly upgraded and my costs have more than doubled YoY. Initially the ease of WP management but cPanel access and tools are constantly changed as they juggle hosting plans.

I have been scammed by a bluehost - they have renewed automatically ssl purchase, there is no option to cancel the renew, remove the card, and event though they promised to refund me and cancel auto renew twice, they didn't.

Beware of trusting bluehost with your domains.

The service was affordable for small businesses that did not have a lot of traffic or require advanced services.  

They are charging money for ssl renewal and for domain renewal two weeks ahead, promissing you can get a refund and cancel, but they lie to you, and just keep you waiting until you can't do anything.

The support team was very knowledgeable and they were able to identify and resolve my issues on this one interaction.
