And to have already pay for a plan depending on length of time taking advantage of their 1 time discount, you can be losing out on those hiccups that haven't been developed yet.

i have recently taken my small builders company online and only needed a simple website, after using Wordpress, Grow and squarespace Site123 was by far the most straight forward.

This puts the mind at ease before making a solid decision on upgrading to a plan for optimum usage and features. And there's always an open ear & mind for improvements because I believe they actually listen to their customers concerns and what to address them.

I understand that there have been some performance issues for other customers when they exceed 200 pages on their site, but that is Site123's issue to figure out.

The learning curve to use it as website buiklder is not steep at all. And the customer servise is simply AWESOME: they check what you need, send short video tutorials on how to access some rarely used options (like how to manually renew a domain: something I never think about until the last days, despite the emails I received.. my fault!), help you through the process.

It has taken me a week to build,  I could not get the paypal integrated only because I did not understand what was needed and adding the different components such as Gateway keys and understanding where on my website I had to place them, but I feel I have accomplished the task and learnt a lot on the way.

Templates are easy to find, select and use and it is helpful to have numerous styles to easily flip between while fine-tuning the look & feel of the site.

By doing this if they deliver, I strongly believe site123 will be the number 1 platform builder. But overall to me I think  it has a very simple user base to build with.

What I strongly expect you to improve are;- we can't set different cover photos for laptop and phone- not possible to automatically set shipping fee - less options for letter format
