i have recently taken my small builders company online and only needed a simple website, after using Wordpress, Grow and squarespace Site123 was by far the most straight forward.

This puts the mind at ease before making a solid decision on upgrading to a plan for optimum usage and features. And there's always an open ear & mind for improvements because I believe they actually listen to their customers concerns and what to address them.

I understand that there have been some performance issues for other customers when they exceed 200 pages on their site, but that is Site123's issue to figure out.

The learning curve to use it as website buiklder is not steep at all. And the customer servise is simply AWESOME: they check what you need, send short video tutorials on how to access some rarely used options (like how to manually renew a domain: something I never think about until the last days, despite the emails I received.. my fault!), help you through the process.

Templates are easy to find, select and use and it is helpful to have numerous styles to easily flip between while fine-tuning the look & feel of the site.

What I strongly expect you to improve are;- we can't set different cover photos for laptop and phone- not possible to automatically set shipping fee - less options for letter format

I have try numerous times to get my business back on track through UENI,but it seems nobody cares, I have been going through so much as I stated I am not computer SAVY, for the last past year my sales have DRAMATICALLY DECLINED, I have been on there Growth Plan in which I have Growth Meeting Xalls every month.

It honestly feels like I’m dealing with automated responses or a team that doesn’t fully understand their own systems.

As for the website design, I submitted all content and clear direction upfront.

My recommendation to the consumer looking for the services UENI provides is to move on to another option.
