What’s most disappointing is that, instead of taking responsibility for this lack of engagement, the company now suggests we should pay even more to finally benefit from the platform.

It is a shame how a supposedly serious company has this policy of forcing you to enter the card details in order to see the features since they do not explain anything previously.

We will start automatically billing, even if you never used the service. And even telling them the situation, they didn't agree on the refund.

when we check the daily stats we are not able to see the data on date basis not from a specific hour, the new conversion logs tab does not mention the gaid and sub publisher id which was available in the old version

The features I like the most are the statistics panel, it helps me track the advertiser and publisher statistics easily. But sometimes the bigger the data is the slower it loads...

On the other hand affise  doesn't charge for the clicks hence save money for it's users.
