I like that I have a central place to message my customers on an individual basis, with a well designed platform where I can keep track of individual conversions.

I can quickly assign chats to other users to help keep them organized as well as pin top conversations, and filter by a number of parameters.

Most other services I have used will start increasing their prices to where it is no longer worth it, or begin to have bugs or issues.

The tasks feature is very helpful, as well as list building and contact crm.

When a text is sent out,  it doesn't say who it is from,  only a random number.

There is also integrations for WhatsApp and Facebook, however, I have not had the need to utilize those at this time.

Occasionally when I open it, it opens requiring a Google sign in as opposed to the direct Text Magic sign in.

They do not take customer concerns seriously — even if you’ve been loyal for over a decade.

I would say the only con is the character limit.
