The other main feature that attracted us to ChurchTrac is that it offers an amazing support network that includes the usual phone support but also webinars, YouTube Videos, online tutorials, and a complete online user guide.

The price for a ChurchTrac subscription that included the accounting software that we needed was less than most other accounting software on the market, but it offered more than just accounting software, it included a robust Church Management Software.

Trying to remember to pause and unpause automations for quarterly and semi-annual transactions (to reduce the need to fully recreate the transactions each time) can be difficult and is easily forgotten, which makes the financials a bit harder to reconcile when transactions appearing (or not appearing) in ChurchTrac don't match what the bank accounts show.

In the accounting side when you click on a drop down menu the boxes that open up are the same size and color scheme as the boxes in the window. If the drop down menu boxes where offset, and or a contrasting color it would help me find them.

They  provide ministry support to such an extent that you think that you have hired a consulting firm to help run your ministry smoothly, effectively, and efficiently, and then they throw in a healthy dose of encouragement besides.

I'd strongly recommend this company and their products to any church looking for a way to keep track of people and projects, communicate with your congregation, and manage a functional and fresh web presence.

In addition to numerous online help topics and a growing library of videos, support tickets are responded to almost immediately.

ChurchTrac excels in areas such as maintaining a comprehensive member list, tracking attendance, managing events, recording contributions, expenses, and generating statements with ease.

The Worship Scheduling gives me access to the songs that my team needs in the format that is best for them (some prefer chord sheets, some lead sheets, some paper, some on ipad: churchtrac allows each member of my team to download their own preferences individually)

Lastly they had a partnership with a credit card processing company that allows us to process credit cards & ACH payments.

I wish it would let you add two lines to a customer giving/pledging instead of doing it line by line.

For those in Canada, it does not use double value entry accounting, so I have to enter the HST amount in the note line, export it as a CSV file, and then add it that way.

This is not about church trac as much as it is with Stripe but the time it takes to transfer from a bank to our bank.

Customer support is good. If I have questions I can get them answered every time within 24 hours.

When it comes to getting the best bang for your buck, Church Trac is the best all-in-one church administrative software out there, very practical and easy to set up.

For the value, features, and ease of use, ChurchTrac is honestly one of the best church management solutions out there.

There are powerful reports you can run and schedule automations.

The focus given to the special needs of churches is perfect.

Maybe just a few more options when it comes to online giving an integration with other software in case you don’t want to fully utilize everything in Churchtrac.

What truly sets this software apart is the outstanding customer service provided by a team of knowledgeable professionals, many of whom are pastors or church leaders themselves.

I did mention in the pros that ChurchTrac did not include payroll.
