Another thing I like about ChurchTrac is they know what they do best and don't try to be everything to everyone. Doing so just adds too much complexity and makes software difficult to use. We really wanted then to add file sharing. Many of the popular ones didn't fit what we needed. They politely declines and pointed out there are a number of third parties that already do that. We eventually found...
AFFORDABLE: ChurchTrac offers unparalleled VALUE. Even the smallest of churches can afford to have a robust set of features: Member Management, Online Giving, Finances, Communications (by phone, e-mail, text) and Calendars are the ones we use most. We also are able to produce our pictorial directory of members using ChurchTrac. It's the first time we have been able to do it without a lot of extra help and expense. EASY TO USE: As a new user, I appreciated the informative pop-up help text available throughout the software. DOCUMENTATION: There are thorough guides available online that provide more detailed instructions on how to use the system. SUPPORT: They are very responsive and helpful when you need them.
I wasn't impressed with their Payroll module. It was primitive and had some peculiar glitches. They realized this, too and made the appropriate call (see below).

So far, it has been amazingly easy to get set up. Every support issue has been addressed and resolved in less than 1 business day. Their ability to import data from our previous system was very helpful and timely for us.
Easy to use, great support, priced right for a small to medium sized church. Flexible enough without being complicated. Included powerful tools like e-giving and fund accounting.
The accounting reporting is still in development. Would like the ability to direct funds to specific bank accounts. Would like to see better graphic reporting that is printable. Would be great to see a "sample" small, medium church setup including tags, etc. available.

Church Track is a product that is user friendly.
The program could use more trouble shooting ideas.

Database management of congregants, visitors, etc.
Added dashboard features of analytics. Front screen Name tags Check-in Functions
Dashboard Analytics are static. Numbers generated do not reflect weekly attendance, volunteers or congregation attendance. It takes merely totals and displays them. Nice feature but not what i wanted. Used the other software so much . . . having to learn all over. Not very intuitive. Time curve to learn . . . so different. Would probably not have used product if not already enrolled. Its like engineers developed it apart from users.((

ChurchTrac has been a life saver for our church. We had been struggling with our previous (now out of business) software and it reached the point where our secretary was ready to quit. We switched to ChurchTrac and with the ease of implementation we gained total control over our information and found out exactly what was going on at our church. That was probably about 10 years ago and I can say our church secretary is still with us and is a strong supporter of ChurchTrac. We are a small church, but I had recommended ChurchTrac to a large church about a year ago and they also love it. I will also say that the support we receive has been outstanding in that it is accurate and fast.
The accounting portion is extremely powerful. All the other features work well, and it doesn't take much to time if any to use those features. In addition, its simplicity means you do not have to hire highly trained personnel to run the system. And, as an added plus it doesn't take hours each week to use thus saving your church labor costs.
Can't think of a single one but the developers are constantly finding ways to improve the system.
