It's hard to assign people to see just the service locations/times they should, and then it's difficult to schedule in advance unless you're doing it on a separate calendar first.

I found it very easy to use for the person who is not into the accounting side of things. It is easy to explain to church members as well.

The name is a bit difficult for some to remember when searching online or in the app store. If you use your own church app or webpage, this won't be an issue.

ChMeetings offers big capabilities at the fraction of the price of other softwares. It's easy to use, and efficient.

An app tailormade for church management with a great customer support that translated the whole program into Swedish in just a week enabling my church members to use it in their native language.

I wish I could set the date and title of a Batch when I am inputting a new contribution, but this is a very minor inconvenience.

Some actions are limited and harder to find such as adding new families.

As time goes on, I plan to include additional information into the system that will need to be integrated from an analog system and I believe the functionality will improve even more.

As of this date I only can say that I wished that the app was included in the price and not a addon as well as texting.

The developers are always adding new features, and they are very rapid to fix unexpected bug. The app is very valued and lot of priests and servants are already using it.
