At first we had a hard time with lag times to get online. The systems was slow and frustrating.

Many updates have been added over the years, making the system better. I also like how it is integrated with ParishSoft Giving, which makes our online giving very easy for our parishioners.

I love how keyboard friendly it is. You can use shortcuts through out your time using FamilySuite on a daily basis, and that makes the task go by much faster.

It was difficult for me as I am not very computer savvy. Some things still are difficult for me to figure out such as reports with specific data.

From this bookkeeper's point of view, being able to track Family Giving within the Family Directory is a huge deal. I love that Online Giving is easily integrated as well.

I find it frustrating to have to "buy up" to another level to be able to utilize the information we gather and input for specific reporting needs.
