Event management capabilities were apparent and data reports that can be generated after an event are useful.

I am used to being able to default to charging for credit card processing fees (giving the user the option to easily opt out).

Greater Giving is a great product for nonprofit auctions, has a smooth platform for auction guests, and as an easy ticketing system.

In general, I like the system, but some things didn't go well for us (e.g., date of fundraiser event was incorrect, even though comms to GG about this were not acted upon, therefore credit card readers did not work - a disaster for check-in.).

There's a section for each feature I need, and there are lots of options if I need something specific for my event.

It is just not very user-friendly changing some aspects of your published website, but otherwise there are not really any complaints.

Every time I needed help answering a question or figuring out a best practice, I always got everything answered completely.

The sales/payment reporting function is cumbersome.

The only draw back is when a donor donates more than one of an item for an auction and it will be placed in multiple packages.

For one example, if you add a logo for a sponsor to add to the event landing page, it doesn't say that it has to be specific format.

The flexibility of the software can be very clunky and not so user friendly.

System is very intuitive but appreciated the best practices intro.

There are some Day of Auction Glitches, like logging people out of the system and screens freezing during bidding.

The lack of ability to have guests edit their purchase information and guest list info.

It provides easy to learn and use products for a variety of events.

I would like to have the option to enter in an item number when adding items to packages, not just words.   When you have multiple people getting packages ready, not everyone uses the same wording and it is putsy and annoying to have to go out of Packages and into Items to find what I'm looking for if I don't use the same words that someone else used to identify an item.   If you are going to have us assign numbers, maximize that.

Our event is biennial and coming back 18 months later was much easier knowing the staff and help center were prepared to assist.

The cost of setup and annually can be a bit high but doesn't outweigh all the benefits.

Having the consistency & info between the years is really helpful as the volunteers change each year.
