In general, I like the system, but some things didn't go well for us (e.g., date of fundraiser event was incorrect, even though comms to GG about this were not acted upon, therefore credit card readers did not work - a disaster for check-in.).

There's a section for each feature I need, and there are lots of options if I need something specific for my event.

I would like to have the option to enter in an item number when adding items to packages, not just words.   When you have multiple people getting packages ready, not everyone uses the same wording and it is putsy and annoying to have to go out of Packages and into Items to find what I'm looking for if I don't use the same words that someone else used to identify an item.   If you are going to have us assign numbers, maximize that.  

It was also great for generating receipts and invoices.

We’ve used Greater Giving  for years for our various fundraisers and the best feature is being able to use the same features year after year especially with our sponsor levels and perks.

It is just not very user-friendly changing some aspects of your published website, but otherwise there are not really any complaints.

Their customer service and technical support is helpful, but I shouldn’t have to call them as often as I do.

For one example, if you add a logo for a sponsor to add to the event landing page, it doesn't say that it has to be specific format.

The flexibility of the software can be very clunky and not so user friendly.

System is very intuitive but appreciated the best practices intro.

There are some Day of Auction Glitches, like logging people out of the system and screens freezing during bidding.

The lack of ability to have guests edit their purchase information and guest list info.

Elsewhere in the software, you have the capability to look up package numbers and item numbers.

Greater giving has an amazing customer service team that is supportive and clear to work with.

I have used Greater Giving for years and specifically, appreciate the customer service.
