I feel strongly the team running PastorsLine cares about their clients, and seems to be honest about the "clunky" nature of the product, and is striving to improve.

As far as I know, if a contact is added to the campaign accidentally, there is no way to go back and remove the contact. I wish there was an easy way to do this to avoid mistakes.

Overall I am very satisfied with Flocknote. The group that uses it numbers over 75 now, so we use the paid option, and it's worth every penny for the increased and streamlined communication.

I also like that you can give admin rights to people to create messages for certain groups without having them become a “super admin.
