I know some churches like to have them integrated, but we found it annoying that we could not delete members from the rolls easily if they had ever donated. Donarius is perfect for us.

When you need to add a new donor and have a limited number of envelope numbers, you have to delete an inactive donor.

Took me a bit of time to remove an envelope number from a person who died or left so I could use the number again.

Our organization has no employees, but a group of 3-5 volunteers handling administrative, accounting and software apps.

As a church, we have recently switched to using QuickBooks, and I wish that Donarius would integrate/have a plugin for QuickBooks.
