It is inexpensive and has some texting and email functionality.  

Random info comes over with no rhyme or reason.  

The most important feature that i enjoy from Agency bloc is the workflow feature that helps me to never miss a sales opportunity from my Medicare prospect list for people turning age 65.

I don't really like the feature where we have a husband and wife both have separate policies and accounts, so I don't want to merge the contact, so I wish I could dismiss that comment on the page and it not ask me that again.

You are unable to change setting for workflows once someone has gone through, so you have to inactivate the workflow and start over anytime you want to make a change.

Also, my husband is the insurance agent and I am on the administrative side of the company, so it's unfortunate that we can't both be logged into AgencyBloc at the same time under 1 log in.  

I enjoy being able to run the commission report every month to see which policies we didn't have a payment on.

We want all of our agents to succeed so being able to have one centralized location of seeing their activity has been a great help.   

We really liked the upgrade to AMS+, especially being a Medicare Agency!

I use that page to upload a lot of our agents leads on there.

I became an AgencyBloc customer before I had a single client or a single lead to enter into the database.

We would have to pay for another user account and we just feel like that expense isn't necessary.

Not being able to attach links to Workflows is a bit of a bummer.

I have also requested that some changes in the Commissions Not Received Report would be helpful in following up and resolving those issues

Smart Scan- The ability to scan receipts and have the system automatically extract the data and match it to transactions saves us hours of manual data entry every month.

The dashboard gives me a clear snapshot of cash flow immediately. While the software works 95% of the time, that 5% where you encounter a bug or a bank sync issue can be frustrating because the support team is not always quick to resolve complex queries. If you are self-sufficient and tech-savvy, it’s a fantastic tool. If you need hand-holding, you might find it challenging.

We moved from a mix of Excel spreadsheets and a legacy desktop program, and the difference in usability was night and day.

The initial data collection is very good because based on that information it creates automatic reports that save a lot of time in creation, all the accounting information is secure and it is easier to invoice and an updated list of the inventory products is maintained, giving detailed control, in its entirety it is a very good application with its functions

Employees sometimes felt that communication, especially regarding changes in team scope and processes, could be better managed by the leadership team.

It has proven to be a great tool to organise all aspects of our business: CRM, invoicing and finance, projects, HR... very complete and useful.

It feels like using a modern Apple app rather than clunky accounting software.

Some of the processes or information validations are not very intuitive but there is a lot of information and help available if needed.

My overall experience with Holded has been largely positive, primarily because it actually makes accounting look and feel "modern."

I really like that you can track your working hours and request any holidays on the software.

Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law.

Moreover you can see who is working or out of the office and it is useful to ensure that your mate is available or not at the office.

The inventory feature is good although it does have pitfalls that we end up deleting and product and starting again because the stock levels become incorrect when using LOT's, this screws up the stock history function which is what we think is a nice feature.
