It is inexpensive and has some texting and email functionality.  

Random info comes over with no rhyme or reason.  

The most important feature that i enjoy from Agency bloc is the workflow feature that helps me to never miss a sales opportunity from my Medicare prospect list for people turning age 65.

You are unable to change setting for workflows once someone has gone through, so you have to inactivate the workflow and start over anytime you want to make a change.

Also, my husband is the insurance agent and I am on the administrative side of the company, so it's unfortunate that we can't both be logged into AgencyBloc at the same time under 1 log in.  

I enjoy being able to run the commission report every month to see which policies we didn't have a payment on.

We want all of our agents to succeed so being able to have one centralized location of seeing their activity has been a great help.   

We really liked the upgrade to AMS+, especially being a Medicare Agency!

I have also requested that some changes in the Commissions Not Received Report would be helpful in following up and resolving those issues

If you wanted to use just the basic sheets or take advantage of their feature rich workspaces and templates, you can use Smartsheet to track projects, office operations and costs, and as a document center (we use it to track our subcontractors certificates of insurance expirations dates), Smartsheet is definitely invaluable to us as a central project and operations management system that we can all access anywhere.
